30 Day Guaranteed Return – No Restocking Fee
- All products may be returned within 30 days of receipt qualify for our 30 day money-back guarantee. We will gladly issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account for the purchase price and tax (if applicable) as soon as we receive the product. We do not charge a restocking fee. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Products must be returned in the same condition you received it. If the product is damaged in any way, we will issue credit for the next standard size we can cut from the product.
- Customers returning orders which include free shipping will be refunded the cost of the product less $5.00 for shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned product.
- If you choose to return product, please contact us in advance by phone or email to make us aware that it’s on the way. Please include a copy of your receipt along with your request for credit or an exchange.
- After 30 days, all sales are final and non-returnable.
- International customers who refuse to pay their taxes/duties or cause the package to bounce back to us will have the return shipping costs deducted from their product refund.
- We will not accept “refused” packages for return under any circumstances. (This includes “undeliverable” and “return to sender”.) Refused orders will be restocked and you will be issued store credit for the item, minus all associated shipping charges.
Damaged Items or Not As Described
- If an item arrives damaged or not as it was described, please contact us by phone or email immediately and we’ll gladly arrange to have the correct or non-damaged item sent to you. Items received damaged or not as described are eligible for replacement only.
